Probably the best is Kestrel Hydro/Ad Fabs near Heathrow. Look on Clubs Tab for more details.

There is also rios in Kentish time but not sure it would come highly recommended

Rio's is a very hit and miss place, to be honest I've found it to be a bit of a dump. London is not really much of a hot bed of clubs, two clubs that come highly recommended are Abfabs/Kestrals over by Heathrow, a big club with lots of play areas and wet areas such as a pool and hot tubs or the excellent Our place 4 fun which is by Alexandria palace. OP4F is small and intimate but is a well run club and possibly your best bet for a club in central London.
