I'll be back in London in soon and I'm looking to break my club virginity. I'm looking for recommendations on which is the most newbie friendly club?

Well there is Hellfire, a load of spa's and AB fabs.

just none of them would really fit the criteria he wants.

Have you been to the hellfire club we keep thinking of trying it just hard to find out much about it ?

I'm afraid not, utterly lovely inside from what we understand but the most hit and miss place numbers wise. As we value busy clubs we havent been yet though its on the list!

Hellfire club is stunningly beautiful BUT when you go you always get told that you should have been last week as it was heaving and they can't understand why no one is there this week! We fell for it for a few months, but eventually realised that no one goes there.

It is busy when Blackmans Fanclub do a party there but that's about it.

We've been to the Hellfire Club on its 'Candygirls' night. It's lovely inside - very compact and classy.

I think Abfabs is a good place for newbies - single or otherwise.

I don't think I could disagree more, there is no real bar in AB fabs, no real dance area and there is no hosting at all you get shown around a bit and left to your own devices.

The appeal of a well run well hosted clubs for newbies is that they will get you chatting to people, introduce you to people etc

AB fabs is a place to go if you're going with a few people and want to enjoy the facilities imo

It's a matter of opinion. Not everyone wants to be nannied and introduced to people - some like socialising for themselves.

There isn't a bar area but there's a very well laid out lounge and the hot tubs are usually very 'social' areas. As with all things, opinions on clubs will be subjective.

Indeed it is, from what he said at the start being a toe dipper and brand new to it all, then this sort of "nannying" would be just right, the rules clearly laid out, lots of friendly staff on tap to guide you etc.

Not everyone wants to get in a hot tub with a load of strangers

and you're right opinions are subjective and that's why I started the post with "I couldn't disagree more" and then put my points forward as to why. That is how discussion forums work ;D

We would agree with Blackcherry, fitting the posters requirements, Ourplace4fun far suits their purposes better.

We also really like Adfabs, but think it is dynamically very unsocial. The club doesn't really have a heart and that's always been its major problem. It is however a good club, some nights can be a lot more friendly than others, and the staff there are excellent and its very well run. A single male will of course be limited to going on a Friday, this makes the dynamic of the place different again and certainly not the best venue for a first time single male by any means. The balance of numbers means its quite hard to find a couple to talk to, and there's very few single girls there at all.

Ourplace4fun is set up in a way where everyone will pretty much talk to everyone most of the time. That dynamic came about almost by accident but has been capitalised by the owners to great success. At OP4F we've never seen the owners nanny anyone, you get the same tour as you do at Adfabs, its just different in terms of host interaction, because the owners man the bar area so the social dynamic of it is very different.

Both the clubs are really good, for very different reasons. But Ourplace for the Ops intentions is far more suited for his first club visit.
