Thinking of going down in a week or two and taking a lady with me for her first time (she's not a member yet)

I've a single guys membership, can I take her in as a guest/couple or do we have to take out a seperate couples membership?

Why not contact the club and ask them..then at least you will have the correct information needed. .x

The club doesn't do guest passes for couple or single.ladies.

She could.join as a single lady or you could join as a couple..

Ring the club for full details to see which option would suit you both the best.
