Can anybody recommend any good fetish swing clubs in the south east where the dress code is strictly leather and PVC? Visited some clubs where there has been a theme night but not everybody was dressed this way.

Not totally sure what you are asking? Are you looking for fetish events with a fetish dresscode and a swinging element? If so there are quite a few in London of which Decadence probably has the best couples room but the dresscode is far broader than just leather and pvc and being a fet event a lot of attendees have no interest in swinging.

To my knowledge there are no swinging clubs that enforce a fetish dresscode and in my experience even when swinging clubs have a fet themed night the dresscode is pretty relaxed

Club Pedestal is dedicated to Dominant Women and all men must wear a collar. Men can sign up to participate in different activities.

This might not be exactly what you are looking for, so I would say check it out online beforehand for yourselves
