Hey I'm new to this scene I was meant to be going with a friend to a club this weekend she has chickened out but I still would like to go , is it weird for a single male to rock up on his own the first time or not ?

Thanks for any help

Here occasionally, but mostly somewhere else

There'll be plenty of well established single males acting weird anyway, in my experience!

Seriously, make sure your membership is up to date, otherwise you're a random who just turned up on spec, which may hamper your chances of getting in

No it's actually normal. The ones in the club we visit come in ones twos threes and many more.

You will be fine the hardest bit will be getting through the door and once in you will forget what you worrie about.

Would I be better asking a head to see if me being a single male is a drama?

Definitely check as a lot of clubs have couples only nights on Saturday (I know you didn't specify which day you are planning on going).

Definitely ask them. Do not assume as they may have rules about who can go and booking a space etc x

Better to ask than turn up and be turned away! Is there no info on the website for the club about different nights?

Yeah I go alone to clubs and I'm ok, just be nice and polite and chat with couples before u expect anything! Don't just sit there on your own all night and don't follow them to rooms like half the other guys wil do lol all the best

My play partner always says to treat a club like a pub with lingerie.. TO chat.. not sit in a corner. Before we used to go together he often went as a single or met other ladies at clubs.. but our personal thing is to not touch without asking..( sounds obvious but so many do) and dont follow couples and single ladies around..

Polite and chatty is always what we go for when inviting single guys to join us at clubs.

Although I had a guy ask me outside a club if I would go in with him.. and I showed him around, introduced him to the birthday girl and he had a great time.

Hiya see you're in chatham not far from us. Singles are welcome at all our events so why not come along and try us. This Saturday we are offering a discounted entry of £20. If u fancy a drink we still have accommodation available ay £35. Bring your alcohol with you as we don't have a license.

Hope this helps

We tend to mostly play with single guys too in the club we attend - MFM or MMMF or more - and it's very normal for guys to be there alone!

The earlier advice from Cali is great. I would add that paying your entry fee doesn't entitle you to anything so don't expect guaranteed fun. Too many guys ignore the male of the couple and it's a good plan to get him onside!

Good luck and enjoy.

Isis is nice and small with friendly clientele and great staff and owners - we like it. No reviews on here as the owners prefer it that way. Google it for their website and forum

Why is it odd? Without single men I, & my other single lady friends wouldn't go. Swinging is much more than couple swapping

saw a few single guys turn up alone last time I went, they looked terrified but were welcomed in and shown around and looked to be having a good time! Xx

Having previously done clubs as part of a couple, would advise checking a head so that the club knows your coming and also going for a club that limits the number of single males - otherwise you could find yourself in a club with more single males in than couples or females - unless that's what your after.

Also don't stalk others or wander around / chat whilst constantly wanking / touching yourself !

Some excellent advice here!

I'm the male half of a couple that look for guys to join us...but if any of them don't even talk to us, they haven't a chance!! Most guys do talk to us as a couple....very important that bit!

The analogy of a pub with lingerie is a great example, but I'd caution against having too much to drink as well for Dutch courage.

2 things there...

You're judgement of a situation can become impaired; which can make things awkward.

And the old chap might just not do as required if given the chance!!

Good luck ??
