Any one have any idea what the waiting list is like? Love to go

The waiting list varies depending on existing members renewing their membership.

Only thing i would say is that as you're straight you wouldn't get a bi membership and therefore not be admit to a bi night. Straight males can attend 6 other days of the week once they have membership. Its best to email the manage and enquire about it, also when doing so enclose a facial photo so he can print it off for the staff if he sends you a reply saying you can have membership.
