Isis Quest & Empire X

So...there's two places closer than Partners and La Chambre, Isis and EmpireX. Why don't either of those appear in the "Club Reviews" section of the site? Are they any good? Do they open on Sundays? will it just be dirty old men? Partners and La Chambre have (mainly) great reviews but are a much longer commute. Any help would be greatly appreciated. We are "bi-friendly" and complete newby's. Like the idea of a sex cinema, just would like to see better reviews....

EmpireX is a lovely sleazy sex cinema - not a swingers club as such. More couples would be welcome there though...

Not been to Empire but have been told its not a swingers club. I have been to Isis a few times with a swing buddy and would not rate it as well as LC, No 3 or Cams. Too many single men who just follow you around without chatting and expect to play. You also get this at LC on a Friday night too. The best thing is go yourself and see if you like or not as we all have our preferences. Don't know about Sundays.

Empires not really our thing but we've given Isis numerous chances over the years and it never fails to disappoint.

Dave and his partner seem really nice and they do a great coffee but it's very small, a little shabby-even with the recent re-decoration and full of old men who follow you everywhere and think that by saying hello they have a right to play and stand on your shoulder all night. The general quality of clientele doesn't appear to be overly high.

We're no club experts but you know what you seek, it may be your thing but we'd certainly not recommend it although we will probably go back again in 12-15 months, in the vain hope it's improved, but leave as disappointed as always.

or maybe you should just find a club that meets your high expectations.

if you find the club with wall to wall adonis's then perhaps you could share the information with the rest of fab.

I love the Empire, for what it is, a sex cinema, I do what I want and sometimes that's nothing but watch porn. Lately have seen more couples in, and the do get a lot of attention.. Of tomorrow I like it so much

We have been going to Isis as a couple for about 10 years now and although it has its quiet sessions (what club doesn't) it is without doubt the friendliest club we have attended. The club is small, but seedy??? no I don't think so. Well done Isis we shall be back

If you want to know about a club,then here is an idea...... why not go along for yourselves and see what its like. What some like in clubs others dont. I have been to many clubs and wouldnt want to go back,but i would NEVER come on here or the review section and slate them. I personally love Isis Quest,but just because i do doesnt mean you have to. Dave and Jo are nice friendly people who will give you a very warm welcome as will most of the customers. BUT please stop coming on here slating the club,this is someones business that can be ruined.

So pop along and see for yourself,if you dnt like it fine,if you do even better

I've been going to Isis quest now as a single female for a little over a year and I won't go anywhere else. The people are lovely and you normally get a good mix of people in there and great regulars but I always feel so safe and welcome there and I have never been pushed into anything I didn't want the guys are lovely as are the women I must add. The best bet is try the place out and see for yourself I'm sure you won't be disappointed. But try the coffee it is the best

It does depend what you are looking for. I have to say La Chambre has been the best that we have been to. But that is on a couples only night, so it does cater to our wants.

Some people want their pick of the fella's and so other places will appeal to them. Also confidence and the confidence to say no thank you can have a huge impact on your experiences.

Wall to wall Adonis's? Don't think we've actually said that or even intimated that? Or perhaps your interpretation of the English language is somewhat different to the generally held view?

Or perhaps you just don't approve of views unless they correspond with yours ? We have standards which have been sorely tested by our visits to McCauley St, but perhaps you don't have standards. We also believe in the right to freedom of expression.

Suffice to say, we're entitled to our views. Our views are based on numerous visits so not just a single unsuccessful escapade. Our last visit was less than a month ago, it was very disappointing. Again. We weren't the only couple who left early due to the 'ambience' of being followed by a pack of mangy dogs who just didn't seem to understand no. They're were three couples in there that night and all left early.

Dave and Jo are very nice, the coffee is the best, and the best part of the club is the S and M room because you can lock the door.

A city the size of Leeds deserves a bigger and better club than Isis and it says little for West Yorks that all we have is Isis and the Empire in Hudds. Flexes is great but is not open all the time. Sad that within 45 mins of Leeds are bigger n better locales, situated in much smaller towns.

We're all entitled to our opinion but the simple correlation is this, if the club was that good, they wouldn't have felt the need to have the reviews removed from Fab.

Personally I believe this speaks volumes.

So you can bang on about how good it is, but I believe the majority held view is somewhat different.

we have never said that people arent entitled to their views, but to slate the club because there isnt anyone in to your taste is wrong.

if you dont like the club...why go back?

we go to different clubs around the country, and the ones we dont like, we dont go back.

we dont feel the need to come on the forums and continually run them down.

all we have ever tried to get across is that people should make their own mind up. THATS ALL.

oh....and standards...yes we certainly have them.
