Hi, I'm going to be in Amsterdam a few times over the next couple of weeks and was hoping people might be able to recommend a friendly bar or club to meet fellow swingers. Not looking for the professionals of the red light district, just fellow swingers who enjoy the lifestyle. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

We went to Amsterdam a short while ago. There are a few swing clubs which you will find on Google. Red Light District is great with some great bars. Have a great time. X

Thanks, I'm hoping to have great time but find the Google results need more than a pinch of salt when reading. If anyone can recommend a bar from actual experience, or trusted contact that would be magic.

Please be wary of taxi drivers taking you to run down areas and closed businesses trying to pass them off as a swinging club that must have"recently shut down". but hey I can take you even further to another one for extra money!

We went two weeks ago to Amsterdam and fun4two. It's fantastic and well worth the extra travel to go. It's near Rotterdam. Only advice we can give you is plan in advance where you are going to go

Lots of people think FF2 very close to Amsterdam, but it's not.

As the other post says it is nearer to Rotterdam, Gouda being the closest town of any size.

We think that from Amsterdam it would be better to hire a car and drive there yourself and use a local hotel as a stopover, as the cost of a taxi both ways would be eye watering.

A good alternative for a top club would be Fata Morgana at Muiden which is only 10/15 mins drive from the city.

Agreed, Fata Morgana is the closest club, for Couples, near Amsterdam.

West Yorkshire.

We have been to the Fata Morgana and can honestly say its the best club by a country mile that we have been to. Caters for just about everything. We intend visiting again in the future.

We have been to the Paradise Club which is the closest club to central Ansterdam - not brilliant, and also the Showboat which was fantastic, it's a bit further out, about 20 to 25 mins, but if u use the taxi that they recommend on their website he was very reasonable, it's a decent club on a permanently moored boat. Have a great time in the 'Dam.

I'll second the suggestion to visit the Paradise Club. I went there some three years back, and loved the atmosphere. There were quite a few Brits there that night and boy did they show the other guests how to party.

Tip is don't get caught shagging in the pool as the staff did get pretty grumpy that night.
