Were you at the spa Sat 12th Sept and witnessed poor behaviour from one attendee.

She was blonde, maybe late 30s, welsh accent.

Made very inappropriate remarks about an older couple (yuck they're in their 70s, disgusting etc)

Also very loud and calling couples out shouting 'perverts, perverts' in the rest rooms. To be fair my fwb and I were there, and we are perverts, but no need to shout at us.

We saw other incidents too

I told the staff on the night, lucky for her sam wasnt there or she'd have torn her a new one.

Was she dealt with or do I / we need to warn sam about her?

We visited Friday for the first time. Really liked the venue, but that sort of attitude would certainly have put us off.

So it's reassuring regulars recognize it's inappropriate, and take it seriously.

We had a bit of trepidation before attending - based on some Fab reviews - in case we inadvertently broke a rule. As it turned out, we loved being able to enjoy a legit Spa day..

Seems like Sam runs a tight ship, to everyone's benefit.

I have been going to bghs for many years and have found that those who dont get on with Sam,generally cant follow the rules !.

Those that follow the rules, dont have any issues with Sam. Quite simple really.

Oh, and I love the place !
