Been a few times and not often women/couples there but the guys are friendly and accommodating. Always a good crowd but if you're going in the hope that there will be loads of women and couples you'll not have much luck

anything but a gay sauna that's open one day for any other demographics but men.

If you're looking for bi events, Spicy's bi night at Jaydees is very popular (with all single men having to be at least bi-curious to attend), as well as bi night at VA (this one is "inclusive", so you don't have to be bi to attend, just bi-friendly).
