As the title suggests, any clubs within walking/tram distance of Manchester City centre.

Have a feeling there was at one time but never got the chance to visit

There used to be one. I think it was called Amour but it isn't there any more.

Stockport

Up until this week that was the only club we had ever visited. Had our first ever experience in there. Must of been over 10 years ago

it's a quiet club great for newbies. Had a huge refurb recently.

Personally, we preferred the club prior to the refurb, so given there are a choice of clubs in the area, this club is no longer our first choice. The refurb took the club in a direction that didn't suit our tastes as much, such as removing the much loved free pool table - the social focal point of the club, and replacing it with a dance floor. That said we do still go occasionally, but being honest it just isn't our favourite club anymore. In addition to that, one or two things have been said to us that most definitely have not made us feel like valued customers, in fact quite the opposite.

They do still retain one of the best jacuzzis, and a great sauna, so if the right people are in, it's still a nice place to go to, and you should certainly give it a try.
