Ignite or Rios - sauna day

Hi all,

So I'm new here and have a question that I haven't found the answer to. I'm going to London on a working trip next week and thinking about going to a sauna place on Thursday (day time), before flying back home. I know about Rio's and Ignite and would like to know which one is better, where is more likely to see some action and hopefully participate.

Ignite doesn't have a sauna - it has a steam room - but of the two, I'd always choose Ignite over Rios. Better facilities, better mix of people and in a much better area.
