Never posted on here at all, but here goes!!

We are a couple based in Brighton, we are in an open/swinging relationship (actually hate the term swinging as feel that this sounds so 1970s!!! But we are very open/set on our ways and other the term non-monogamous!!)

We are very interested in venturing to BGHS - we are highly discreet but appreciate everyone there hopefully will be also (given how fact haha we have both been in Brighton for 20+ years now so bound to bump into someone we know!!)

We are a very open minded couple -

It's lovely, go either on a Saturday or Sunday. We tend to arrive about 1pm and just enjoy the spa until 6 when the singles leave.

Gives you the option to chat and interact with them during the afternoon if you want.

There are usually a few couples during the afternoon, which usually turns into plenty of couples in the evening.

Just remember that it's mostly just a naturist spa, don't play etc apart from in the rest rooms.

If you get any hassle from anyone, speak to the staff who will deal with it.

Saturdays are usually a bit more full on than Sundays but not by much.

Happy to answer anything specific, we've been going for years.

We visited BGHS as a test before we jumped in to the lifestyle, Sat night in November during the couples only time.

It was very relaxed and we had a few simple chats with people. It was very different to a club or party, most couples were purely there to enjoy themselves by themselves in the 'rest area'. We didn't witness any swapping.

So it was interesting, a great introduction, but nothing earth shattering.

We went for the first time this weekend after having experience at other swinging venues. The owner was clear about her licence with us. It’s a strictly nudist venue, so talking about swinging in the wet area to other nudists isn’t acceptable.

However we met a very nice couple in the rest room area and had a nice orgy. They were very friendly and fun xx

You have to remember it's a spa not a swingers club and they stick by their rules. Weekend after 6 is couples only and it's usually chilled. Restrooms can be busy.

As has been said, it doesn't suddenly change except it gets more relaxed. The spa carries on being a spa where nothing happens and the rest rooms get used by couples who aren't interested in single people.

I can only add to everyone saying what a lovely place this is.

We visited when on holiday in Brighton couple of summers ago and had a lovely afternoon and evening. Loved being nude in the spa areas then Mrs Abz and myself had a lovely fun session ourselves upstairs in the completely seperate play area.

Would love to visit again some day.

We went back in June when we were down in Brighton for 3 days, the lady who showed us around was quite adamant that it was a spa only and was great for that, being naked and free.

The rest rooms are good places to go if you want to spend more intimate time with other couples as we did, I’m sure some are on this thread that we might have met.

a great safe, clean place, ideal for newbies and more experienced in the life style. if a newbie set your own "rules" for how involved you want to get before hand and end up doing anything you may regret. very strict on where you can play, and if there is anyone too pushy and becoming a nuisance report them to the amazing staff who will get them removed. last thing to do is relax, enjoy being free and naked with others!

It’s seriously friendly. I went there last Saturday for the first time with my FWB. We purposefully got there about 5pm (before it becomes couples only). The staff are really helpful and put you at ease. Have a wander around and get the feel of it. We explored all the floors including the roof. I personally would pay the £2 for the extra big towel (green) but that’s only because it’s easy to misplace the usual one as they’re all red.

All the water facilities are great, my personal favourite is the sauna and plunge pools. The rest rooms aren’t as overwhelming at all. We stayed in the main open plan one which was perfect. Everyone was respectful, inclusive and you felt safe.

You won’t regret it.

I went there for the first time last Saturday. I was very nervous about going as a pre-op trans woman, who isn't very confident about my body. Despite searching I couldn't find any reviews from trans people so I didn't really know how well I would be accepted. The staff were really welcoming and although I got a few men clearly follow me into facilities then see I was trans and instantly move on, nobody was rude or unkind.

About halfway through my visit I got chatting to a lovely bi guy who introduced me to his partner a trans man and we went on to all explore each other in one of the rest rooms.

So if you trans and wondering if this place is accepting I can say that I felt accepted and it is somewhere I hope to be back to.

We live BGHS. It's our absolute favourite place on this scene. It's run by women and they don't take any shit from people misbehaving.

Our favourite thing about it is that there is a dedicated space for the hanky-panky and it's behind a closed door. If you're not wanting that at any point, just stay on the right side of that door and you will not be confronted with anything. If you do want to indulge, the area behind the door is great. Private rooms, a larger room with mirrors, and a big public bed with space for four couples.

It's just the best.
