It's unlikely to be for at least 5 years.

I understand that they don't own the place, but simply lease it so will be looking for new premises in a few years time but for all of the haters out there, I'm sure that it won't be imminently closed.

Constantly Travelling With Work

Considering the businesses (quite a few hotels and business units) and homes in the affected area, this isn't going to happen quickly. I'm certain that if the business model works, then they will find a new location amd have financial backing ontop of the compensation for losing their business
