We are a new couple here, enjoying exploring.

Thinking of visiting BGHS spa in brighton soon, so would like feedback from anyone who has been, what's the vibe, what to expect ect, so we know if it's for us.

We are a chilled discreet couple having fun exploring we like to connect with MF couples and females mainly, with no expectations or dramas.

keen to visit this place soon, so would like honest reviews.

BGHS is NOT a swingers club, it's a naturist spa with some "rest rooms" where sex can happen. I only went once, when I was in Brighton with my partner, and you get specifically told on arrival that it's a naturist establishment. However, be prepared for some people (well, men) still "trying it on".

If you're just looking for a place to chill without having to wear clothes, that's the place to go to. But if you're after more, I'd suggest trying different establishments.

It's an amazing place clean and staff really nice. Best days to go are Saturday or Sundays after 5 30 when it is couples only unless of course you want fun with just men. They localy known as the wanking dead and tbh they are waiting for you to go upto the play rooms and be prepared to be followed. Upstairs there are private rooms with locks a mirror room and an orgy room plus now an open verandah and chill room no playing thete though. The sauna and jacuzzi area is no play butlovely to chill, Elaine and I love it there away from kids phone hassle bustle. We have met some lovely couples there, there is no guarantee of play but we not really had any trouble when we've gone. We try at least once a month to go. Please don't let what I said about the single men put you off No means No and they will be ejected if they overstep anything. Go you will enjoy it

We go at weekends usually around 1pm. Spend the afternoon enjoying the spa, then at 5:30 when all the singles leave, we go up into the rest rooms and have some fun.

You sometimes get a few idiots who can't understand that you can't play in the spa area. They get spoken to by the management and often end up being ejected. If you're ever pestered just speak to staff.

When you enter you get undressed and it's just a towel after that. You have to wear a towel in the lounge area but apart from that it's naked.

It's not for everyone, but it's really great.
