Hello, we're an early 40s couple looking for an event where women call the shots, but if a femdom vibe.

I think it's the nerves of going and the unexpected, we're up for playing together and being watched but no hard swapping.

The post above is correct - consent is paramount at clubs and they always prioritise the safety and comfort of any ladies - so you'd be able to be watched to your heart's content.

Some even have private rooms with windows/CCTV

Not sure what a Swinger type vibe is, but there are lots of Femdom nights. Pedestal is the one that first comes to mind as being extremely well run and great fun if you can get to London. There are also femdom socials that run one another FETish site.
