We enjoy Sunday or Monday daytime / evenings they are both fairly layback and chilled nice bunch of friendly regulars there.

I think Sundays and Wednesday are the best days if you want a good chill. And you get first dibs on the jacuzzi and sauna. Fridays are best for social meetings for me

Not been on a Sunday for ages, but used to go a bit. But really chilled and relaxed vibe/people on a Sunday. Great for socialising, making freinds and easy going sex. A good way to end the weekend IMO. Also sometimes the option of a Sunday roast (or the option of two kinds of roast if you're lucky). Years ago it tended to have a bit more of a kinky crowd on a Sunday night upstairs. But not seen much of that action/crowd on a Sunday for a couple of years now.

The main exception is Late Bank Holiday Sunday for that is the opposite and wild out on the Sun deck (bar last year when the rain put a dampener on things). Oh and the occasional BBW parties on a Sunday.
