Eureka v Silverleigh

Which is better on a sunny weekday afternoon? Busier and more relaxed/sexier?

I've visited both, alone, and I really like the meadow at Eureka, but I've not been to Silverleigh on a sunny day.

Going tomorrow.

Thanks for any tip

The lower extremity of the 'meadoww at Eureka should be renamed the

"Couples' own lea".

Silverleigh doesn't have the same space, just a couple of little gardens. I don't go to Silverleigh anymore for personal reasons, so I'll be lounging in the meadow at Eureka on Thursday.

I've never been to Silverleigh, so I am going to be very biased, I love Eurekas ❤️

Like any club, it is what you make of it

I have gone by myself numerous times and met others there on occasions

I have never had a bad experience

Everyone is very chatty

Men are always very respectful

Some of the facilities could always do with a few pennies thrown there way, but so could all clubs I have been to!

I do not know any other naturist site that is as big as this in the south 🤔

Yes, Silverleigh is good. Until it's not.

Haven’t been to Eureka’s for a few years, has any of the spa area been refurbished recently as it was looking tired when I last visited?

I have no idea what DV8's opening times are now but we've loved sunbathing on their lawn in the past and playing in the woods.

What’s Eureka been like during the nice weather at the weekends? Would love to give the place another go

Eureka comes into its own during good weather. Sometimes, recently, there have only been a few people there.

Yesterday, Sunday, there was the O and I event which swelled the numbers considerably and encouraged some Eureka regulars to be extra adventurous.

I was at Eurekas yesterday and had fun with a great couple in the bottom field. I think it's a genuinely relaxing place to visit, even if you just want to sit in the sun and relax. It used to feel a bit 'cliquey' but not so much now. The pool's been neglected the past few years and I guess it probably costs a fortune to heat which is probably why, but that is one of the highlights for visiting. I've not been to Silverleigh since lockdown, but it felt it had a following of some slightly odd men, which put me off.

I forgot to mention, the showers at Eurekas yesterday weren't working, just a miserable trickle from the only hot working one.

So to sum it up. You can visit Eureka and pay to naked sunbathe in a field. And that’s about it if nothing else works. Or go to Silverleigh where everything works. Admittedly there are a few wanking dead but that happens everywhere.

We're the opposite and don't go to Eureka's for personal reasons, but if you just want to sunbathe nude, and maybe have some fun outdoors it is a nice place to do that.

Silverleigh has nice places to sunbathe and facilities that we prefer and we'd go there again in nice weather.

We have been to both .. and would have to say the people are much friendly at Silverleigh the facilities are a little older but well maintain. Not done Eureka in the day time but not enough we saw there to drag us back in a hurry.. just personal preference
