Mixed saunas- advice

Hi there,

I've always been interested in mixed saunas but I've never experienced one and to be honest , I'm a bit shy about attending a club on my own.

I'm looking for some information/ anecdotes about etiquette etc and what to expect as I'm new to all this. I appreciate every club will be different in some respects but any information would be appreciated.

For most people in there it's perfectly normal and they are perfectly comfortable.

It's polite not to spread yourself open and not to stare at someone, but that's about it.

Go, don't worry about it, enjoy the freedom.
