Just wanted to get some people’s thoughts on La Boudoir London. We are looking for a club and this one seems to come highly regarded. Once your in the club, is it ok to just chill / watch if you don’t feel comfortable taking part? TIA X

Can't give you too much insight into Le Boudoir as never been, and I'm sure I wouldn't even qualify for membership - not pretty or skinny enough, and definitely too poor! As they advertise themselves as "elitist" club, and everyone wanting to become members need to go through a vetting process.

I can, however, answer the second part of your question. Yes, you can just go and watch, you don't have to take part in anything. It's entirely up to you how far you'd be comfortable to go in any swingers club. There is zero pressure to play, some people just go to have a drink and a dance.

Yes LB no obligations to do what you no want

So you can seat and watch there is a chill out area with bar where usually people socialise before action start like most of the places

Night start early and people no stay till the end is very recommend on friday and saturday

Le boudoir is great! We have been a few times and love it! You can chill and watch or get as involved as you like. Everyone is super friendly and we can’t wait to get back

Oh wow - is it true that they vet members based on looks? I’ve not heard of a club doing that before in the UK.

We were considering applying for membership but not sure I want to put myself through the disappointment

I’d say we’re both attractive, but we’re in our early 40s and have some curvy bits. We’re not gym fit or models lol

You are required to submit photograph(s) of people applying for the membership before being accepted (or not), so I'm guessing yes, they are basing their membership on looks. Also, there have been forum threads on here regularly posted by people who either got rejected, with a snarky letter, or got their membership revoked after first time attending. It is a private members club so they are allowed to set up their membership requirements. And looks like they're not short of attendees.

It's a fantastic club. Very international and filled with beautiful people. Mainly younger professionals, but some older sexy couples. Feels very similar in vibe to many of the European clubs in big cities (no surprises there). We love it, but then again, we also love lots of other clubs too.. lol
