I understand why clubs and spas have different pricing for single guys etc.

But is it ethical and legal?

I would have thought it is sexist and discrimination having separate pricing, working men's clubs were forced to allow females etc in, and you go anywhere else cinemas or exhibitions it's and adult price not a female or male at different prices.

What's your thoughts?

They're private members clubs. They can let in who they want and charge what they want.

Do a forum search on the subject as the answer has been given many times.

Yes it's legal.

They can only do it because the laws on equality allowed very limited exceptions, which exempted private members clubs from having to.

I'd love a time when complete equality exists and it would be unthinkable to discriminate in any way. We may get it in my lifetime but I'm doubtful.

I understand the sentiment but sadly It would probably spell the end of many clubs. Single males could not be controlled and couples would stay away.

It’s fine as it is as.

Yes, for clubs that are private member clubs. But some clubs don't have operate a membership system and they still charge based on sex; are those clubs possibly breaking the law?
