We met a Norwegian couple who live in Iceland in Eden in GC last year and they were saying it's a very small place where everyone knows everybody's business so while they had a few special friends there that they met privately, they mostly travelled for any swinging activity

The population of Iceland is 400k, most of them are around Reykavik. As mentioned above, it's a small town mentality.

Head to the Penis Museum and that's about all the fun you'll have.
