considering opening a new swingers club In Wiltshire north Dorset Somerset area looking to here peoples thoughts on the need for one or interest. If any club owners have any tip or helpful advise please get in contact.

Constantly Travelling With Work

One thing to consider is that councils appear to have taken an interest in clubs and especially the fire safety aspect. Other than exisiting hotels which will have been inspected for fire safety and capacity, most buildings will not have the required number of exits. So making a building compliant will be expensive.

You also have to think about the change of use application and any objections from local residents and businesses

Don't want to put you off, but there is a lot to consider

The first thing to do would be to approach to local council to see if they’ll grant an adult entertainment license.

If there is a distinct lack of other clubs etc in your area then there has to be a reason. 1, no one created one (which isn't the case here) or 2. The local council don't approve, this is most likely to be the case. Answer, buy an isolated house and run a house party...
