DERBY

I;ve been to over 90 clubs,cinemas,saunas over nearly 30 years and never left a quiet review i'd rather not leave a review than an ok/avoid review,my question is does someone who doesn't advertise their intention on these sites to attend an event have the right to say i went but it was quiet?

I'd like to think that people don't take those one's too seriously. Some of the best nights I've had in clubs have been the quiet nights. You get out what you put in on a night out. They can be frustrating and I'd rather not write one based on how quiet it I'd.

I agree,mrs and I went to a club in aston they was trialling a bi sunday evening event 20 odd years ago, only 12 turned up but it was great,the hosts got all of us involved,everyone had a great time.

think my problem is if i want to try a club i look at the reviews and if it says nice club but quiet i assess my travelling time cost etc. and think is it worth going and should i just go to my local club.

Everyone has the right to say what they like, so long as it’s honest and unbiased.

All clubs, and club days/nights are basically the same; you only need to meet one person inside, to make the visit memorable for the right reasons.

I’ve been to several clubs, and always left a review, but never an ‘avoid’, although I would, if I felt the visit warranted such

It seems a valueless statement to say it was quiet.

Pretty much anyone with an interest in clubs will know that the same club on the same day and time a week later could be heaving.

Vagaries of pay days, events, bank holidays etc.

pale old will do it but those that know will probably ignore that part of a review.

I think being honest on your review is fine, but you don’t have to leave one if you feel awkward about it.

It’s a bit like verifications, we’ve played with people over the years but they’ve not left us a verification, perhaps they didn’t enjoy playing with Dee or just couldn’t find us on here. Either way we don’t take it personally, if you do your head will explode !
