Hi ladies and gents, is it considered bad etiquette to turn up at a club late on? Maybe after 11?

Not exactly bad etiquette , but the later you enter, you’ve already missed a lot of the ‘socialising’ stage and may find it difficult to interact with guests as they’re all off doing their thing.

Most clubs have their "cut off" time after which they do not allow entry. If you know you might be coming in late, it might be worth checking with the club in question about gaining entry.

No as long as you get there before the cut off time. We've seen over the years a few last minute snipers. Couples who don't turn up for all the socialising. Just turn up late when all the ground work has been done and people have loosened up and off to the play rooms. They then just join in and mop up. They tend to be older hard core swingers in my experience. It's fascinating seeing how everyone does it different in clubs.

To be fair due to unforseen circumstances we've arrived late a couple of times. And to be fair the time restriction has galvanised us to being a little more forward than normal and seeded some really hot results. So maybe there may be some merit to arriving late.
