Northwich Sauna Saturday

I'm thinking of going Northwich Sauna today. I've never been to a sauna before, I'm a shy person so I'm very nervous but it's something I really want to do. I think once I'm inside I will be fine it's just getting inside without my nerves getting the better of me that will be the biggest challenge.

Any tips or advice? What to take with me? What to do or not do? What to expect?

It says it's Jockfest day and to wear jockstraps or gym clothing, does that mean everyone has to wear them or can you just wear a towel? Or would I be the only one in a towel and stand out a mile?

I've been visiting regularly for their birthday nights, and a couple of times gone back on the Saturday. As you've guessed, getting through the door that first time is the most difficult part. The staff are very good at putting first timers at ease, and you can have a tour if you wish. I wouldn't worry too much about what other will be wearing, expect to see fully nude, towelled fetish gear (minority), and a fair few jockstraps

I managed to get over my nerves and got myself inside but I was still nervous inside so I spent most of my time in the jacuzzi, sauna, steam rooms and showers just watching. Upstairs was a little daunting so I didn't stay up there long on the few occasions I wandered up. The mix of people inside wasnt for me today, but I'm going to try a Sunday one week and see how that goes.

I have only been there ince and i was terrified lol oncw i got in the door and undressed i found my own way around had a great time and definitly will be back both staff and clientele made me relax

Well done for getting over your nerves, I do t think there is much difference between a jock day or normal day other than what people wear.

I’m guessing although your profile says straight your bi curious or bi, only ask because if your expecting women to be there it’s men only other than bi Friday..

Thanks. No there wasn't anything different from a normal day, only a couple of men in Jockstraps, the rest just had a towel or nothing.

Yes im Bi, and plan to visit on the Bi nights at some point.
