What’s Silverleigh like in winter? Obviously the gardens are ou so does that make for a better experience inside for a bit of swinging?

As there’s no play in public areas as on paper a naturist venue, then the time of year doesn’t really make a difference, as all play restricted to the few rest rooms.

There’ll always be a few people just wanting to chill in the hot tub etc in the same way as people visit in the summer to sit outside in the sunshine but there’s always fun to be had regardless with others

Access to the indoor sun loungers is a bit trickier, but otherwise it’s much the same as in summer x

Hey , just makes it busier inside . It’s rundown , outdated but oh so charming and unique.. I’ve seen plenty of play in the public areas , play rooms in my opinion let the place down , saying that I attend regularly there’s a great crowd never had any problems myself .

Would love to find somewhere similar with more couples.

Eurekas is great in the summer - we are also going to try the Lux Lounge next year. When the weather is not great Silverleighs is the best place just really expencive for a couple x

BGHS is the closest we’ve found, but it’s definitely more of a naturist venue than Silverleigh, and there’s very little outdoor space. That said, there are some great playrooms upstairs, and the facilities are first rate. Some say the staff are heavy handed, but we’ve never seen or experienced that - they’ve all been perfectly friendly x

Silverleigh is definitely very rough.

The carpets are threadbare, the furniture is worse than what you might find in a charity shop and the “play rooms” are even more basic…. But the spa areas are at least clean and working.

But then most swingers clubs are very similar….

Eureka is much the same and so are DV8 or Pleasure's…. It’s not like these club owners are investing their profits back into the establishments…. If they did, would people still treat these places with little to no respect…. Majority of people that use these facilities are not there to get a five star service.

Yes I’ve been BGHS loved it, a little too far to visit regularly for me .

The last few times we’ve been they’ve been playing music in the lounge so loudly you could barely hear yourself think. So we haven’t retuned since.

I also read on here that a couple asked for it to be turned down and it wasn’t received very well by the management.

If there was a local alternative we’d definitely be up for giving it a try.

Pool is also much colder than it used to be.

Yes, for your prize you get to choose the tv channel in the big rest room. Last time I was there it was showing Tipping Point to get everyone in the mood

Cor blimey it’s gotta be bargain hunt lol ..not sure that’s still on tv , it’s not a very glamorous room is it lol

But I love the place and will keep returning .

Could do with group chat, to see who’s going on certain days , mind you it’s always the anticipation that’s exciting.
