Check the websites to see what the entrance requirements are. Some have a guestlist, some you need a membership for.

All depends on the club and what’s on on the day/night, always best to look at the club reviews and the club event section to see what’s happening for where you’re thinking of going

It's not better to go with someone else. When you go on your own, you're your own boss, you can, for example, stay for as long as you want. Yes, it can be daunting, coming through the door the first time. But you're never forced to do anything you don't like in a club, you can just watch, chill, use the facilities.

Some clubs/events have their chat groups where you can talk to people going beforehand. Maybe that could be some help?
