On the occasions we've visited there's normally been a few couples and maybe ten singles. As with all places it can vary.

Parking is limited and 4hour. Best is to park at Hove Station £8-60 all day. Then get number 7 bus to Lidl. Then 2min walk up the hill

1-2pm then you've got all day to enjoy the spa. You'll have the choice to go upstairs before 6 if you want single men involved or wait until after 6 when it's couples only.

At weekends it varies, normally not that many couples until 6 when all the singles leave. Usually busier after that though sometimes it's quiet with no obvious reasons.

Had my first visit there with a lady friend a few Sundays ago. Absolutely loved it, looking forward to returning soon.

As for parking, was on motorbike & just parked outside, never bothered paying & never heard anything. Just in case anyone does travel by bike.
