We don't have much to add, but to give an example of numbers from our experience: First time we put up a meet 3 hours in advance and had approx 15 guys. 2nd time round, we did the same thing but got Raj (the owner) and another couple we were with to also put up the meet and we ended up with 40ish men I think.
