BGHS Pool Access

Hi. We are looking at going to BGHS but the pool and jacuzzi access looks like those vertical ladders you get a public pools. Can anyone confirm? Thanks

They are yes. The jacuzzis can be access by stepping down by those with better mobility. The cold pool technically can be accessed by swinging a leg over the side but the intended access for all are swimming pool type ladders
