It is what you make of it.

If you are friendly, engaging, respectful and no way pushy you'll soon find people to chat with. Once you are chatting away things can develop from there.

If you are shy, obviously nervous or the other extreme of being too full of yourself or imposing then people are likely to steer well clear.

Also nobody wants an extra shadow if you catch my drift.

Go with no expectations of any play, treat it as a social occasion and you'll most likely leave smiling.

Try to pick days / events that are more likely to be balanced in terms of the demographic attending. There are always plenty of instances where single guys are very much welcomed and desired, just as there are events where you can find yourself appropriately invisible.

Club scene is 75% attitude, 15% about your appearance / presentation & the rest luck.

Enjoy

I know what you're saying but I wouldn't even go out to socialise at a normal club on my own I find it weird and being swingers club I'd feel like right weirdo especially if it was predominantly couples or females with other males

You will not know how it feels going to a club on your own until you actually do it.

It can be expensive for men, but then even a regular night out could be expensive, too.

Whenever I used to go on my own to my local-ish sauna, I was predominantly going to chill and enjoy the facilities, as well as to do some "perving" (it was a bi event and I very much enjoy watching men play with each other). Sex was not on the agenda unless someone really took my fancy there.

So go, enjoy the facilities, be friendly but not pushy and see how it goes?

If that is your view then yes - it will be weird.

It’s a group of people who are there for largely the same thing. Just think of it as a social. Make yourself available for a chat, treat people with respect and see what happens.

I did my first club visit recently at Adam and Eves in Manchester… it was an event night which helped and the hosts and club management were excellent

A good club will give you a tour if it’s your first visit and as these are done in groups it’s a good chance to chat to others

It was expensive getting in but as it’s a BYOB club and I took red wine it was a cheap night for me on that side

I had no clue what to expect I terms of club layout , people or even attire but I found myself happily walking round in my boxers as all the other men were dressed down and the ladies were all looking sexy as heck

People in their were amazing .. especially when I mentioned I was a club virgin and I found myself chatting to lots of different people either by instigating a chat or someone saying hello to me

I did not go expecting anything on the play side…. I was pleasantly wrong there though

As people hade said already , go without expectations, try to find a social , non play area to start and don’t get d*unk … no one wants to see that

I hope you try it and good luck to you

Kev
