Hi there, I am considering visiting this Wednesday. I have never visited on a Wednesday before (normally mondays). Can anyone tell me whether it is worth the visit?

Never felt the need to phone ahead at Kestrals. It is not a spa where single males are strictly limited and rationed.

Had a lovely relaxing afternoon at Kestrels today. First and not the last visit for me. Great facilities and friendly staff.

Probably quieter than normal but not an issue. Spent a large amount of time in the steam room and pool.

I was there yesterday (as a few of you on this thread know

) and spent the entire day there with some friends.

It seemed a very different experience to when I went last Monday, but was still lots of fun.

Very much looking forward to going back again soon. xx
