We are heading to Paris for five days.

Any recommendations for swingers clubs, saunas, hotels, etc, would be most appreciated.

the clubs in paris are really swish - a lot of them provide buffet food and drink. Some of them get an influx of people at about 4pm - people leaving work early and going for a play before they go home - both sexes. However it really, really helps if you speak French! - Parisians in particular are dead snotty if you don't speak their language!

Yes, that can be a problem - the lack of French bit. Thanks for the tip about the timing. Any particular clubs you might recommend?

If they aren't happy because you don't speak French just say " Je t'emmerde trou du cul " and the run lol

The Parisians aren't that bad really, we lived there for a while. Just make an effort to speak French and even if you murder the pronunciation and speak baby French you will find that, amazingly, they'll all have a good knowledge of English. They just like you to make an effort, which tbh, is only fair. You'd expect the same from a French couple visiting England wouldn't you?

Have fun, the city is beautiful beyond compare and French people are just SO sexy!!!

Need to know basis

What the French and not just the Parisians do not like are tourists that do not even try to say a simple "Bonjour". You do not need to speak French fluenty...just learn a few expressions and one to remember is:

"Je ne parle pas francais" (I do not speak French) and you will find that most people you meet will make an effort to speak to you in English.

I cannot recommend clubs but for hotels I'd look on the Office de Tourisme de Paris (it is bilingual). You can find some reasonable hotels right in the centre near Le Louvre.

Oh! and another detail should you not be interrested in meeting "cheaters" aka married men and women you'll be in for a surprise!! Lol.

I hope you have a fabulous time, as the person above said, it is a wonderful city. And if you do find clubs, maybe they could be added to the list on this site.

Thanks for all your helpful advice.

We fancy Les Chandelles, but that seems to be really hard to get into, or Mask. L'Overside, Chateau des Lys, Full Moon and Au 10 Bis also look good. We are undecided about Le Cupidon Club, Le Liberty, Quai 17, Au Lys en L'isle, Au Pluriel and the Dream Studio.

We ruled out 2plus2 because the website looks less professional and, like some others, the decor looks a bit tired, jaded or tacky.

Some of the mixed saunas look inviting, such as Moon City, Amphibi, Eclipse and Star City. Anyone been to any of the hammam saunas?

Wow!! you've done your research...I am impressed.. friends of mine went to hamman saunas and only had good words to say about them...I think that women and men are seprated so it would be worth checking before you go.

Have a fabulous time and come back to tell us where you went.

Bambi xx

Seems like you done your home work

Pick any of them

Forget about the chat or do not worry about it

You will find plenty of people speaking english

If you still need someone to talk to , take me with you and i will speak on your behalf

But as Bamby mention, dont say " Bonjour" at night and stop there.

They will look at you and just reply " Putain "....

Have fun

Had some good fun at Moon City club last weekend. Bit pricey for single guys but still worth it.

Absolutely spot on. Well worth persevering with Les Chandelles I think as it's a great club, which also has a genuienely fantastic restaurant. A few years ago there was even talk of a Michelin Star believe it or not! Also the 'underground grotto' set-up is just amazing. A jacket and tie and a smattering of French will help guys get past the front desk. If you fancy quite a cool nightclub with a 'diffence' l'Overside is well worth a trip as well - an unassuming gate leading to a fab club, with a somewhat younger age group dancing and, later on, playing...Quai 17 is good fun and similar, but a with a still younger crowd but actually (a lot) less playing...Le Pluriel also worth a look - a labyrinth over about 4 or 5 floors, and usually something going on at any time of the day. Haven't visited in years but l'escapade in the Rue de Regrattier (honestly!) on the Isle de Cite used to be fun. Again the latter used to have a restricted entrance policy, and a jacket and tie always helped - odd..I know...but strangely it seemed to help ensure that suitable people pitched up - some clubs have a free alcohol policy so you can't blame them for screening people or else they'd just have loads of people just turning up for free booze!

I'd avoid the mixed sauns - sadly you get what you pay for in France, and the lower entry price and a less exclusive door policy tends to attract a whole stack of guys who can't get laid, stalk any women visitors and often have serious personal hygiene issues...I kid you not... but then again if you fancy an enforced gang bang with a dozen sweaty, overweight North African waiters it might just appeal

Have a great time - it's a beautiful city, and after a good meal, bottle of wine and stroll along the Seine most of the clubs are an exciting and surpringly stylish end to the evening!

x
