We went a couple of week back. Was about 15 or so at opening and slowly got busier. When we left at 7 there was a decent amount in.

Cheesy but, the best time to arrive is when you can sashay in with style and aplomb. Best time to leave is when you have sated and exhausted everyone, their clothing is laid strewn around the place, but you're still looking fabulous and sashay out of the place while everyone around looks up in envy and tired lust.
