Do you post in the Meets section when you’re going to a Club?

It would be wonderful to know how you got on. Have your posts resulted in wonderful experiences or not? How far ahead do you Post? It would be great to have your feedback…

We've just started doing this in the last month or so. We've put a meet up a few days before a club visit. It seems to generate some interest in terms of profile views and messages

We post our club meets on meet today and we have had some good responses as a result. We have also had messages from guy's who haven't read our profile let alone taken notice that it's a club meet and can't understand why we won't meet them anywhere else!! We like clubs because we know others will be there on the day and we don't have to rely on people from here who say they will and don't turn up...

Occasionally I do, but not very often, i prefer just putting something in my status a few days before the event.

We have today, for the first time (although based on replies, seems we may have jumped the gun somewhat!)

I do. In the past it has prompted people to contact me, which has led to some good meets, and some new friends.

There is the inevitable flurry of men who think a meet posted means I will fuck literally anyone that replies to it (instant delete), and then also the ones that ask me to 'get them in' to the club (also delete). But that sort of nonsense seems to be a standard part of existing on here so I don't give it much thought.

I like putting them up, and I also check them before I go somewhere - and have reached out beforehand to people because of it too.

I put it on status a few days and the night before.... a lot of *yes definitely be there* , no shows, so suppose just as well not relying on here! Think it must be tough for new clubs to break out as everyone thinks it will be quite and hence it ends up quite!!

It’s interesting!

Thank you for your replies.

We generally wake up on the day and say Shall we go to BGHS or Chams Darlaston (a much longer drive)?

So we generally put a note on our Status to say We’re Off! which is probably too late. Also things change and we would never like to disappoint anyone!

The dilemma is that there are some lovely people we’d love to bump into before we pass our sell by date - and that may require some planning!

I realised after posting that I presumed you meant the meets functionality on here, but on reflection I think you might have meant the meets section of the forum.

I use the meets bit, rather than the forum usually, because I prefer it - forum posts are more likely to lead to a sh!t filled inbox for me

I do post in the meets or club discussion bit in response to other people, but much less likely to make my own post in those spaces.

We’d be a bit concerned about some guys expectations so we tend to take our chances with randomness.

To be honest though the last couple of club visits have been disappointing single guy wise so maybe it’s worth a punt.

We recently started to post our planned club visits.

There have been some messages asking about the venue etc. hasn’t led to anything more yet though.

North Bucks is where I hang around..

I do a mix, post a meet to my profile and then sometimes pop a forum post up to say we are going. We have had some great responses.

I always list a ‘Club meet’ in the meets section one week prior to the night I’m going, and post daily updates on my profile status to advertise I’m going.

Never had a single reply, but costs nothing to try
