well ticket bookers have to agree to terms including confirmation they are not press, we have a private security firm on site all weekend and the venue is only going out to those who book...but to be honest swinging is no longer a thing of interest to the press unless its a celebrity involvement .....

I fail to understand your optimistic view on press interest. There are plenty of press stories about swinging and plenty of reasons why the press would find it of interest. From local press and their NIMBY attitudes, to Daily Mail type disgust, even to investigative journalism.

I understand its simple economics, you price the largest group at a slightly inflated price than single ladies therefore maximising profit but not to high a price as to deter the majority therefor still keeping high revenue. You price the single ladies low as they are the carrot to entice the men. Then asses the second largest group the men and decide what price they will be willing to pay at a high a level as possible as they are the "cash cow" of the whole pricing structure !!

I'm a little confused here lets go off the early booking price.

Couples = £95

Single Female = £35

Single Male = £65

So a male & female booking separately = £100

I'm not unhappy looking forward to it and I think its a fantastic price anyone moaning look at general festival prices I know my children skint me with them

It is about respecting other people. Not everyone wants their noses rubbed in the lifestyle. Also lifestylers like dicretion, I am sure you would want that too.I have offered a pm so you can find out who the organisers are and any other questions you would like answered. It is no secret about who is organising the festival. Why are you assuming it is so cloak and dagger?? Again, if you, or indeed anyone else, are coming to the festival and have valid queries then we are happy to answer them. We are delighted to confirm that in addition to full "club DJ" sets, we have secured 4 live bands from across the musical spectrum, CD's will be available to purchase . More announcements being made to booked guests as we head towards the spring months xxx

i will keep an eye to see how this event go... and i hope it goes well... having been burnt by the events of the masquerade ball in scotland where it ended up being cancelled last moment, i can understand where there is going to be an amount of scepticism where a fair few people ended up being burnt...

from a logistical standpoint I can see there are going to be difficulties for those coming from outside the area and those travelling without a car (remember the closer to the time travel is booked, the more expensive it will be, and it could be a expensive that could be rectified....)

I have had a look at the website and various red flags arise where I am not sure some of the conditions could be implimented as well intentioned they are...

If it does go well, i may put my name down for the 2nd event.. but for this one... lets see if it works first...
