We would love to pop into a club before a night out in town, probably about 6 -8 pm. We can then go into town for a drink/ meal or decide to stay if we're having fun. But no clubs (certainly in Leeds) cater for this by having the afternoon session until 6 then closing until 8 or 8.30 which is too late; you have to commit to the whole evening in the club by then. Are we alone wanting this? If we're not then I'm sure a lot more people would pop in early evening.

Yes much prefer earlier starts and ditto for parties. So many seem to start 8 or 9, people don't arrive until 9 or 10, couple of hours chat and if lucky something happening by 11 or 12. Can end up being a very late night if you live some distance away.

I used to go to clubs in another country and they were generally smaller, more like bars and you could pop in and out much more easily at different times.

Club Play in Blackpool is open from 2pm. You can go in the afternoon/eve between 2pm and 8pm or stay all day and night or just the eve 8pm till 3am x

After a long day the evenings didn’t get going till 10:30 at the earliest and were rubbish at late naps.
