Honestly, go with zero expectations!

As a new couple, you’ll be given a tour of the building. Have a drink at the bar, chat to people, enjoy the facilities. Play with each other and if anything happens with anyone else, that’s a bonus.

Just go with the idea that you’re going to have a great time together (people watching, playing yourselves, getting turned on by wearing sexy outfits and the sheer ‘not our norma life’ vibe) and then who knows you might just have a very pleasant surprise and an even more memorable visit!

It depends on how gregarious you are and whether you are comfortable striking up a conversation with strangers that have a 'weird' lifestyle.

We are not gregarious and so a club visit for us is usually to meet up with people we already know or go with zero expectations and just enjoy the facilities (and Abfabs' are great, especially the pool) and enjoy perving

You won't get jumped by anyone and if you don't feel comfortable with an approach, just say no and they will back off. Everyone is very respectful, arguably too respectful at times which might mean you don't hook up with anyone without making the effort.

The closeness of the hot tub makes for a good place to start a conversation. Some places we went to in the US called their spa the conversation pool.

Always discuss between you what your hard limits are and those that may be slightly more malleable

Whatever happens, enjoy the experience.

As other posters have said, it's a lot of what you make of it. You sign up for your memberships and then pay for the evening. As first timers you'll get the tour of the (surprisingly) large facilities.

As a couple you'll have no problems with meeting people as long as you're open and sociable. As with any club there will be a number of single guys that will approach or follow you around. But they can be welcomed or waved off with a firm refusal.

The pool and hot tubs are very relaxed places to sit and chat though as it's the evening you will need to get dressed /undressed when going between the different floors.

If you can make the London Social which is held on the third Friday of the month then you can get your years membership for free and entry is half price between 7pm and 8:30pm.
