"Don’t be surprised to find it as dead as a post unless it’s a theme night. " There used to be less people about if it isn't a theme night, always bit quieter if its a school holiday or the week before payday, but the last few months it's busy every Friday and usually packed when there's a theme night. There's never a guarantee how many people will turn up. Some of the quieter nights have been my favourite as I can chat to people, anyone new isn't overwhelmed and those playing are often less inhibited as there isn't a crowd watching. | |||

" Shame you weren't there Friday; it was very very busy. (and it wasn't a theme night). The evening always starts off as a relaxed social and during the evening it changes and gets sexier as time passes. That's one of the reasons I like attending there, as I'm not keen on a "wham bam thankyou mam" type evening.

"We have been going to the club for many years and have seen many different changes. It used to be busy every Friday and Saturday night without a theme. But recently have found when we have visited it’s very quite and did not seen anything happening even when staying till the early hours.  | |||

"No one is denying it can have busy nights but going on our last 4 visit it’s been quite, even one visit there was 4 at the bar and only back ground music playing think we was the only couple. And going off the reviews yes seems the 4 nights we went we was unlucky then. But again the reviews are a very lot of repeat members leaving a review every month in reality " We couldn’t run a business with just 4 people in. Really. Could we? We have NEVER EVER had just 4 people in, even when we have had snow storms and a local big fire that closed 4 streets around us. It’s absolute nonsense. You haven’t been to the club in a long time around 2015 we believe. Even then we were usually very busy any time that we were open. Firstly let me say hey!
This Friday has been especially designated for Newbies...or not so Newbies.
Myself I will be there with my partner from 8.30 onwards to help with any questions, queries or to give you a tour around.
Single males are most definitely welcome, some of our closest friends are single males.
You will be treated like family from the offset by the end of the night you will want to be coming back for more....whether you spent the night socialising, dancing, having a laugh or fun | |||

I've been attending the club for over 10 years and I've never seen it with the low numbers you are suggesting. Even when it first opened after covid or when we had awful snow, there's always been a reasonable number in. If people read the reviews some are indeed regular members commenting, but many are people talking about it being their first ever club visit, or first time at Atlantis. They give a more accurate picture of what the club was like on the day they visited. I've no idea why you are so keen to state the club was quite ( I presume you mean quiet), but you are not being truthful. | |||

Yes we know the club does have its busy times but they are not every week like is made out. And we have been going to the club for over 10 years as well. We have had some fantastic nights on there in them 10 years. But we have some nights where we have felt it is very quiet and nothing was happening. And have left. " | |||
