Had a couples membership at chams for years go once a month but can you go solo as we are now struggling to get out together due to childcare?

Unfortunately officially you can only come as a couple on a couples membership. Your best option is to ring them up and have a word with them, see what they say.

Ladies can go in on their couples membership but men can't.
