You may like to try Saturdays after 7/730 pm it couples and single ladies only, and chameleons has lockable rooms for any other times.

Sunday tends to be a reasonable mix and very laid back. Saturday evening is no single guys and definitely avoid Fridays.

You just never know who will be at the club at any time. Like others have said the only way to avoid single guys is to go on a Saturday night.

Hi Amanda understand you frustrations about Single guys and it can be frustrating being followed about the Walking Cocks as I call them I’m pretty chilled and just go with the flow and love chatting and meeting new couples and ladies but when I take my partner she likes Sundays as it’s more of a chilled out vibe and a lot more relaxed than Friday but still with some guys but what you find is that all of the Walking Cocks that come on a Friday don’t on a Sunday as there are all married and spending time with families lol so you get respectful guys we also have just started going on a Saturday and work permitting will go on Saturdays more often I hope that helps

I’m a single guy and have wanted to attend Chameleons for a while now but apprehensive about what reception I’ll get? I’m a very respectful man and really want to attend. Any thoughts?

We’ve been on a Sunday and while there are some single men there seemed to be a good mix and everyone was laid back and friendly. Recommend giving it a try.

Couples can join on the door, you will need 2 lots of ID each and it isn't expensive to join as a couple. Not sure on current entry costs for couples.

Single guy is much harder, waiting lists can be well over a year and I believe it is about £100 now for first membership with a small discount in subsequent years. It is around the £35 per visit mark for a single guy who is a member (occasionally on quiet days they do let the odd non member in but I believe that is £50, been a VERY long time since I needed to use that option so not sure now).

Hope that helps a little

We have been many a Sunday. To answer the question. Yes there will be single men but our experiences are they have always been respectful. Quite often they will introduce themselves and if they are not your vibe a simple no thanks is all that is needed.

Sunday is definitely laid back and tends to finish early. If you go have a great time.

Even on a Friday , when there are a lot of single guys , there is still a good mix of couples and ladies ..and it's a great atmosphere. The single guys are the sociable ones.

"The single guys are the sociable ones."

That seems to be true. When we went on a Friday it was the respectful single guys that came and chatted (and one at least got his reward!).

This is really useful, thanks for the info all. We are planning to be at Chams mid November and are considering Sunday as a good mix between no men (Sat) and too many men (Fri/Mon). I'm favouring Sunday but she was a bit spooked by some of the single men on our last (and first) visit.
