Recommended learning the local language. Don't rely on the locals being able to speak English.

At least if you have a basic grasp of a language, it's a good ice breaker for expanding your vocabulary by getting the locals to teach you the more intimate words and phrases that you don't learn at school

‘Act’ is the best bet I think. Clean, well equipped, professionally run, friendly. ‘Lava’ is ok, a bit more basic in terms of decor etc but perfectly acceptable. Both are located in suburbs about 15-20 min cab ride from the centre. Dress code for both is dress down / nude.

In the centre, ‘Heaven’ is a male gay sauna that is open to women and m/f couples on Tuesdays (or always used to be). Very cheap, basic looking but clean. Nude, of course.

Also in the centre, ‘Bizarriusz’ is a cinema with playrooms. Very cheap, very grim and grotty, to be avoided.

‘Euphoria’, a bigger club in an outer suburb, has been saying for ages that it is about to re-open. It used to be very good.
