It depends what you're looking for. Thursdays are Silks & Skins, an optional lingerie day for both ladies and gents, the rest of the week is naturist spa. There's no booking so if by "best" you mean "busiest", it's not possible to tell in advance.

Depends what you are looking for

We go Mondays and Wednesdays late pm to late evening

There’s a mix of men, couples and can get quite busy

Sundays afternoons are definitely busiest.

Midweek however, it’s impossible to tell, possibly Wednesdays…
