I’ve seen online and been to a few clubs where the price for a couple to get in and a single male to get in are the same. Yet for a single female it’s free ? But within a couple you are getting a female ?? So why charged as high as a single male??

Eg:-

Entry to CLUB SEXY (made up name )

Single males £30

Couples £30

Single Females Free

TV/TS £10

Baffles me!

I’d like to know how clubs come up with prices what’s the logistics behind pricing ?

Also baffles me is when a TV/TS/CD

is lower priced too ??

Could this not be taken advantage of by a single male in disguise?

Has anyone ever know for this to occur?

Interested to know thoughts and comments.

You are trying to apply logic to a pricing system which is set by a club owner / manager based upon their own assumptions about what the local market will bear.

These assumptions may be true or false or even downright bizarre but the only “logic” will be based upon a personal view.

There are hardly any clubs nowadays that don't charge single women. On average, it is now somewhere between £10 and £15.

Our local club women are free but single guys and couples are charged at the same price (or the guy in a couple is charged the same as a single guy if you look at it that way). The policy is not rocket science to understand. Its clearly to attract more women to the club. To some extent it works because the club does have a good attendance of regular single ladies. Mrs herself used to pop in a alone fair bit when she was free because its an easy place to just pop your head in when you're in town and don't have to pay entry. So the pricing maybe not exactly seem egalitarian but if it helps a club not be such a sausage fest I think most guys who seek women will understand. After all its great as a single guy knowing you've paid the same as everyone else until you get through the door and there's hardly a woman in site. It's just one of these things where pragmatism trumps ethics if we seek a better mix.

Society is unequal and male experience is different to female experience. Because of this men and women tend to act different in terms of promiscuity and the go about things. This reflects the huge imbalance on fab and in clubs. There will never be parity on this front unless men and women are truly equal in terms attitudes, feeling of safety and how society judges them. To some extent however much you try an engineer society this may not change because maybe to some extent men and women are biologically programed differently. You can argue the reasons till the cows come home for the differences in how men and women act. Im no expert but anyone can see clear as day the difference and the total differential it causes in the numbers. So if you can't change men and women's attitudes and/or society over night the best you can do is attract the best number of women you can through other means to try ballence things.

However the best clubs for single women still seem to be the ones with best and safest environments. I think a lot of single women will pay for a club where the quality, behaviour and standards of the guys (single and in couples) is well regarded. I think this is the idea behind why clubs like Purple Mamba like to interview and vet new members.

Once he’s in he is free to play however he feels is he not ?!?

I know it’s been done before and I have in mind the exact club it’s been done at but won’t Name names …..

I know it’s not rockets science I know why woman are free or lower price.

My main gripe is a couple paying the same as a single male.

Don’t mean higher Mens prices I feel sorry for them too sometimes … I just feel as a couple includes a female and also ( most of the time ) they’ll contain hopefully a respectful male they should pay less then a single male… anyhooooo I see I’m in the minority so I’ll just leave this post …

Blackpool, At The Crack Of Dawn!!

We have a simlar pricing policy and will explain our reasoning why we price that way, for example on a Saturday night -

Free Membership - Everyone gets FREE membership at Club Play and can join on our club site anytime they like. We also provide a top quality buffet every Saturday night to everyone that attends.

Single Ladies - Free - This is obviously to entice more single ladys into our club. There's a massive imbalance in our membership of couple & single men to single ladies as there are on fab and it's to balance the ratios up more than anything.

Couples - £30 - which is around a standard price in all clubs for a Saturday evening.

Single men - £30 - A couple is made up of a man and a women so if they come in as singles or a couple it works out the same. So take the women out of the couple you become a single guys prce £30 the SAME as a couple and if the women attends alone it free as already been said to entice more single ladies.

Tgirl & Crossdressers - £10 - unless you dress as a Tgirl you will not get in our club it's as simple as that. We are in Blackpool and have very diverse population and even have a separate locker room for tgirls & crossdresser to get ready.

Finally - We now open Sundays 2pm-2am and let everyone thats been to our club either Friday or Saturday night in the Sunday totally FREE!

We are a very busy and popular club and if you agree or disagree with our pricing system it seems to works for us xxx

That doesn't happen at our club because it's the same price for couples as single men anyway £30 & because single ladies get if FREE at our club they dont have to couple up with any random single guy to get in at a cheaper price as a couple
