Camping places for tgirls

Are there any places a tgirl can camp safely. I have a converted sprinter van that I currently wild camp in every other weekend. But I'm unable to dress,due to the risk.. It would be nice to meet others like me for mutual chats over a cuppa or a glass of wine..
