"With this being we week after party night do these nights tend to be quiet? Thanks " Party nights at the Attic are pretty full on. Other weekend evenings can be hit and miss as with any club. Perhaps add a "meet" to see if others are going?

"Last party was a fortnight ago, so may be a bit busier than immediately following. Think Friday evening is a kink meets swing night. It’s a club we visit regularly both party and non party nights. Have always had made our own fun there no matter the other visitors." We always make our own fun, even if we are the only ones in there we will have a great night.

"We say this to most people that message us about going to clubs. If you have never been to a club before either then, what we would recommend is a club that doesn’t have membership fee. As then if you don’t like the club sense you haven’t spent a lot or committed to something. A good club for this is the Attic in derby. Also don’t go on a Saturday party night as it’s to over the top for newbies. We would say go on the second Friday or Saturday evening after party night when last people but enough to find your feet and have fun if you want to. Plus know each other’s play boundaries before you go that’s mega important. Plus the attic is open day times to Tuesday-Thursday but the rooms are locked open Hope this helps T&M" Thanks for the post. We are not new to clubs, especially the attic. We have always traditionally been on a party night pretty much. Just wondering what the non party nights are like. Sometimes busy is good but we also enjoy the more quiet nights

Our next visit is Saturday 5th August, we are also there the night before Friday 4th. We always make a weekend of it when we head South for a visit

"Very very tempted. In general do women usually go in and dress down to lingerie and heels and lock their clothes away or do most women stay dressed in their clothing x" Attic is not a compulsory dress down club. Dress code is smart casual, no trainers. Mrs F dresses sexy and in lingerie lockers available for this reason

"What are the nearest hotels maybe there on Saturday night?" We’ve stayed at Holiday Inn in Pride Park and the Travelodge both good, last time we stayed at a Best Western nearby (I think The Stuart Hotel) which was walking distance (saved on Uber) although lack of aircon on one of the hottest days of the year meant the hotel room was stifling.

"We have been together before with another couple but the wife from the other couple took the lead and my wife followed her. They dressed into lingerie and heels and walked around. Had drinks and so on. Hot. But this time it might just be us on our own which is nerve racking " The beauty of the Attic in my opinion isn it’s each to their own. Some dress down to lingerie/pants/boxers/naked/nappy (yes we’ve seen them all) others stay dressed until going into play rooms. The best thing I can say about the Atiic is that we have never felt judged, we don’t swing but we come for the dungeon equipment. We have had a few glances, requests, beckons, but have politely declined and it’s never been an issue. Do get quite a lot of single guys watching and if you aren’t interested it’s important that you let them know (again politely). Have had one incident that was a bit too much from a solitary single guy, he was quickly removed by staff having hassled more than one couple or female.
