Hull swinging club

Hi all just after opinions. Knowing that there is a huge demand for swinging around the Hull and Humber region i am looking at purchasing some land to create a state of the art swinging club. I have experience of many clubs. Id be looking at basing it on the kestrels/abfabs from Heathrow. I greatfully recieve you responses and any potential partners. Thanks Mike

Check out the local councils first.

May well be the reason there are non in that area at present.
