Quest on a Friday afternoon?

I'm looking to go to Quest in about a month. I'm thinking of going on a Friday afternoon, this will be my first visit to a club, not my first time swinging. Very nervous about my first visit, just wondering what people think about Friday afternoons, would it be a good time for a first time visit?

Also what do people take to wear? Obviously clothing in the lounge area, but can you be naked in the sauna, jacuzzi? Or do I need trunks?

Greatful of any advice.
