Do clubs all have 21 as minimum age? Obviously picture ID required.

No ID required at Attic club. No membership either.

You need ID at Townhouse, but it is an 18+ establishment I believe.

"No ID required at Attic club. No membership either. "

I've always wondered how clubs manage this?

Most licencing boroughs require some form of records of attendees for safety/security purposes hence membership is the common practice.

And how do they verify age if no ID is requited?

Genuinely curious, as I'd be Wary of going to a club where if there was an incident there would be no way of knowing who was there.

Unless they’re not licensed? I have friends who have daughters who are 14/15 but look a lot older! I’d be so wary of attending clubs that don’t have age restrictions or require ID.

Are you saying there could be 14 year olds in swingers clubs? You people just get worse, jeez

When I say 'licensed' I'm not referring to alcohol. So far as I know swinging clubs have always needed council licences to operate, and local authorities, even before covid, have always been keen to ensure clubs are aware who's onside at any time.

In the last 10 years there's been a conviction for r*pe at one club, a drowning in a swimming pool at another and a bouncer being murdered at a swanky London ticket only sex party.

Purely from a safety point of view, shouldn't a club know who's on its premises at any given time?

Thanks.

I too would feel uncomfortable if there were no checks on ID

I know what you meant. I work in a club. I know the legalities and what is required
